For depot owners
Find the ground that works. Then run it.
A depot is not parking. It is charge, dwell and cycle time — sized against real service, real acreage and real demand.
Find
The screen runs from city, to corridor, to parcel. Each level removes candidates the next level would waste time on.
The gates, plainly
- Service below 800 A at 480 V — disqualifies phase one operation.
- No transformer easement from the landlord — disqualifies the site entirely.
- Zoning forbidding vehicle storage or fleet use — disqualifies until rezoned.
- Less than 1.1 acres per hundred vehicles — disqualifies scale.
Run
Once the site is operating, the console plans the day: stall sizing against available power, charge rotation, utilisation, site profit and loss, and expansion sequencing.
